Communications Commision Role of the Communications Commission: To provide the means to improve communications to, from, and between the pastor, the parish staff, commissions and their ministries, and the parish community as a whole. Oversees the recording of messages an the distribution of
the messages via a computer-based telephone calling program. The
capability requires the use of database skills. The pastor approves

This ministry is responsible for the input of all information on
our parish website and ongoing maintenance of it's accuracy. Marketing Coordinator:
This ministry develops, maintains ,and publishes comprehensive
information on each parish and local ministry. The ministry also
pursues alternate means to continuously bring awareness of ministries. Pictorial Directory: St.
Peter’s Parish in conjunction with a company that published
church directories produces a directory for our parishioners every
four years. For participating in the directory, a parish household
receives a free copy of the directory and a free 8x10 photo of the
household members. |
