To Register for Faith Formation

1) Print the appropriate forms (only one family registration form needed)

2) Sign and return to Pastoral Office (202 W. Kronkosky, Boerne, TX 78006), drop-off, or fax (830-249-6175). Pay by Cash, Check, or Credit Card.

3) Be ready to start another exciting year of Faith Formation in September 2007!

The “Youth Event Form” is needed only prior to an off-campus activity and will only need to be filled out one time per school year.

Cost for 2007-2008
 A recommended minimum donation per year is $50 for one child, $75 for two children, or $100 for 3 or more children. Payment can be made by Cash, Check, or Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX). Monthly payment arrangements via credit card, bank debit, or special envelope contribution can also be established. Scholarships are available to help families and catechist children attend for free.
