At this time, we encourage all to practice Spiritual Communion. What is spiritual communion? St. Thomas Aquinas described it as “an ardent desire to receive Jesus in the most holy sacrament and lovingly embrace Him.” The effects of Holy Communion can be received through spiritual communion for persons who are prevented from attending Eucharistic celebrations. While Mass is cancelled, there is no communion in person. -Sources: Archdiocese of Little Rock; Wikipedia

Passion Mime

Since we were not able to practice and perform the Passion Mime this year due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we would like to offer our parishioners the chance to enter into the Passion of Christ by viewing the mime video from 2014.  The former teens that are in this video are now graduating or have graduated from college, going to graduate school, entering into the workforce and some are even married.  Those participating in 2014 were Christina Crawford, Micaela Dominguez, Caroline Duhon, Dylan Dy-Liacco, Amiee Dy-Liacco (Oates), Abby Escobar, Ben Escobar, Arthur Johnson, Emery Pechecek, Garrett Richard, and Xavier Vargas.
