ACTS and Spanish ACTS
ACTS stands for Adoration, Community, Theology and Service. St. Peter’s ACTS retreats are conducted with reverent simplicity and enabled by the Holy Spirit. Attendees enter into a new or deeper relationship with Christ.
Adult Bible & Faith Studies (ABFS)
Catholic Adult Bible & Faith Studies cover the Church's history, scripture, faith and liturgy. Studies involve lively discussions to help deepen faith. English and Spanish Studies are available. Los estudios bíblicos para adultos católicos cubren la historia, las escrituras, la fe y la liturgia de la Iglesia. Los estudios incluyen discusiones animadas para ayudar a profundizar la fe. Tenemos estudios en inglés y español.
Provides an opportunity to encounter a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in an informal setting. Includes meal, video and small group discussions.
Altar Care Society
Serves the entire parish by preparing the alter for the celebration of the Eucharist and by caring for the alter linens.
Assist the presider at weekend Masses, funerals and special celebrations. Boys and girls over the age of 10 years, who have also received First Communion, are eligible to volunteer.
This is a yearly obligation to the Archdiocese of San Antonio, which funds ministries at the Archdiocesan level. When donating, please make sure to select St. Peter the Apostle - Boerne - 2020 to ensure it is recorded under our parish.

Catholic Youth Organization (CYO)
A friendly yet competitive sports league open to boys and girls ages 4 thru 14 residing in and around the Boerne area.
Confirmation is a two-year program at St. Peter the Apostle. Teens must be active with Life Teen in order to sign up for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
A number of Catholics missed out on the preparation for Confirmation as teenagers, or have perhaps been away from the Church and are now being drawn to a fuller, deeper relationship with God through their faith.
CYO (Catholic Youth Organization)
To offer to all youth sports and recreation programs emphasizing friendly competition through good sportsmanship "modeled" by adult participants.
